Out of Character: (OOC)
What can we call you:Mel
Roleplay Experience: only a bit >..<
Is this your first character here? nah
How did you find out about Nargles? RACH ISH MA HOMIE <3

In Character: (IC)
Full Name: Freya Mary Achtland
Age: 21
Blood Status: muggle-born
Profession: make-up artist and stylist
Experience: two years
Heratige: french/Irish
Location: Ottery St. Catchpole

Appearance: Like anyone with Irish descendant, Freya has pale skin with a light scatter of freckles along the bridge of her nose but unlike an Irish, her hair isn’t flame red or tawny. Instead, it ranges from almost oily black to dark brown like a mare’s coat. With a heart shaped face, sloped cheeks and a pointed jaw, Freya has the complexions of a normal teen, yet her face seems to possess some sort of elegance. Her nose is aquiline and rather long which she names as her flaw. A raised and smooth forehead frames the top half of her face and Freya has thin eyebrows. Below, are two intense indecisive light-peridot coloured eyes which are heavily lidded and are surrounded by a medium amount of lashes.

With a medium body and a normal figure, Freya is a normal girl who wears make-up like it’s her other-half. She likes to wear indie-based clothes such as hippy things and gypsy travellers items of clothing’s. Freya has an edge of Irish accents but her voice is over-al British.
Personality:
Sarcastic is the best described word for Freya. She uses sarcasm every day, and some even say that she speaks it better than English. Even if it isn’t noticeable, she uses sarcasm for almost everything. It’s not because she wants to look cool and arrogant, it’s simply her nature. Freya’s is a negative one, rather pessimistic and blunt with things. She won’t describe things with much detail (although she is very observant) , is very impatient and likes to be rather dramatic. She is quite shy, can lie like a professional, and is as cynical as a sixteen year old girl can possibly get.

Freya is a pessamist and she hates drama, she hates it when she cries and she hates it when she sees other people cry. Crying just isn’t something to deal with on Freya’s list. Freya isn’t afraid to speak her mind, even if it can upset others. She is very dry and a very base character, she points out the obvious and uses past knowledge to get herself out of tricky situations (such as weird facts to distract people).

She does have a creative side to her and uses it to archieve her career. She has the eyes of an artist and can view thing is a different perspective. Freya is an intelligent woman with various facts stored into her quick mind. Of course, there is a childish side to her and sometimes she over-reacts, appears ignorant and immature, irresponsible and play-ful (although she is serious when in one of her ‘normal moods.’) She is independent and can define wrong and right in the best of times. Freya dreams of going to New York known to the world as a top-fashioista.
History:
Being a bastard child never wore off Freya. Born to Pamela, she never knew her father, only that he was someone who her mother had met in a club and was gone the next day. He was named Anton, and owned a wizard tourist service in France. Growing up, Freya lived with her crest-fallen mother and her half-brother, Nathan whose father was part of a travelling circus and originated from Arkansas in America.

Freya never really cared whether her brother was her half or full brother. She loved him, although they caused countless arguments. A month after she was born, her mother yet again slept with a man who this time, was a wealthy business man and had a small family in Cornwell. After a drunken night, Pamela found herself pregnant with Lorraine who arrived at two am in Autumn.

She had always supported a good relationship with her siblings. Lorraine was the one who kept them all in line, Nathan was the one who kept them out of line, and Freya was the creative muso who created the ideas. They didn’t question their fathers when young, only knowing that their mother was the only one who was important to the three. They lived in Brighton but ended up in Ottery when Lorraine finished Hogwarts.

She attended Hogwarts and was placed in Gryffindor, making a few friends and excelled in Charms and Transfiguration. Suggested to take place in the Ministry, she declined the job and ended up as a stylist and make-up artist. She works for Aimee Harper.

Now, Freya wonders about her father, and who he is along with working out the pieces of her love-life, wanting to settle in quickly with a boyfriend. Along with her art, love and fashion, Freya wishes to become world-known and famous to almost every art gallery and fashion-show. But for now, she sticks to her job.

Nathan, who’s a journalist is two years older than her. He’s an ex-Slytherin and is rather sly, mysterious and would never decline an opportunity to annoy his two half-sisters.

Lorraine is Freya’s younger half-sister. She’s only eleven months younger and is the most quietest and sensible out of the trio. She works in a restaurant in London as deputy head-chef and dreams of owning her own French cafe in the middle of Paris. She is cautious and quick in thinking. She used to be in Hufflepuff.

Example Post: (No less than 50 words, 3rd person ONLY!)
Freya, being the girl she was, was holled up in her dingy studio with a palette of paint balanced between her fingers and a blank canvas staring back at her with the same intense look her mother gave when Freya had first questioned about her father back when she was seven. She never knew her father, just that she was a bastard child, and he probably was married and had his own kids and wife. And that her mother was a one-timer.

And that her mother still loved him.

Sighing, Freya picked up a fine brush and mixed a few dabs of sea-green and indigo together, before gracefully painting a curved line with a swipe of her skilled hand. She was going to draw a tulip of extraordinary water-themed colours. A muggle radio sang softly back at her, the pop-stars smooth voice crooning away and Freya hummed along, savouring every stroke she created. She knew she had work, a few pictures to take and edit, but now, it was time for her to relax, and make her own world come alive.
