To be or not to be; are you serious?

It was the start of the summer and Asha couldn't wait to go to Diagon Alley. It was one of her favourite places in the wizarding world and she'd seen a lot. Her tutor would come on trips with them and teach her about the stuff she should know. It wasn't like math was big at Hogwarts.

Her parents were letting her wander around Diagon Alley on her own even though they were there. They both were shopping for her school books. She still had to get fitted and get a wand, but she decided to do a little wandering first. She stepped towards Florean Fortesque's Ice Cream shop and just as she entered she nearly ran into someone who was standing at the door. She looked straight at the person with her head held high like it should be.

Draco had been exiting Florean Fortesque's Ice Cream with a double scoop ice cream before the door swung open and a girl ploughed straight into him. The ice cream fell from his grasp straight onto his white button down top. Unfortunately for Draco, the ice cream happened to be double chocolate chip. “What the?” he said loudly before he looked down at his top then at the gil who had opened the door. “You stupid girl, look what you have done!” he yelled not caring if he made a scene. Didn't she know he was a Malfoy. No one messed with a Malfoy. “Stupid girl.” he hissed glaring at her.

Ploughing straight into the boy she nearly fell over. Than she looked at the boy and noticed it was Draco Malfoy. She knew him well enough. There families were friends which meant that she got to spend time with him. Though she knew his father much preferred Crabbe and Goyle to someone who was much less of a pushover. She didn't like getting bossed around. Hearing him she couldn't help, but feel sorry for him. She knew how adamant about his expensive clothes he was.

"My bad Drake," she replied. That wasn't much of an apology, but she only apologized to people she befriended or liked and wanted to befriend. She glared back at him in the way that said I'm only glaring because you are.

Draco scoffed loudly at the familiar voice, “Asha Baltar.” he rolled his eyes walking past her before past her out the door forgetting the ice cream that was now on the floor. Outside the ice cream shop Draco looked down at his chocolate covered top, “Who else would be capable of this mess?” he drawled pulling his top out from his black dress pants.

Draco was familiar with Asha yes, but he wouldn't exactly call her a friend. She was just like Pansy Parkison, a simple asset. Though really the only true reason Draco felt this was because he was still young and not really 'interested' in girls at the moment, but maybe some day.

Pulling out his wand Draco waved it at his t-shirt and watched as the chocolate stain dissapeared slightly. Though if you were far away you wouldn't be able to see it but close up you could only just tell that an ice cream had fallen on him. Looking around him checking to make sure no one had seen him. He tucked it away and smirked. 'Father would deal with the underage magic. Fudge was an idiot.'

Quickly ordering two chocolate ice creams she rushed out behind him and said, "here Draco. It's the least I could do. It was my fault you lost the ice cream you payed for." Hearing his words she smirked and said, "well normally nobody is just standing in the doorway so I guess we're both to blame for this mess." She didn't really see his wand, but she was holding out an ice cream for him and licking her own ice cream. It felt good to have something cool in this heat. Though she was curious as to what Draco may now think of her she didn't voice it aloud. As far as she knew, to him everyone was just another asset that the Malfoy's would try to use for all it was worth.

Draco shoved his wand back into his pocket and tucked his shirt back in as well. Turning towards her Draco sneered and glared at the ice cream. He secretly wondered if it was poison before he turned his gaze towards her, “I'm not a charity case Baltar.” he snapped before he grabbed the ice cream without even thank you.

She knew he would take it and as he did she let go. "I know you're not a charity case Malfoy," she replied back. "And it was only because I lost you your ice cream in the first place," she added with a smirk and a little laugh. She knew what he would be thinking and that only made her laugh mentally. Because she would never poison Draco's ice cream. She was fond of his family in the way a pureblood family is with different pureblood families. And she herself had always had a bit of a crush on the young Draco Malfoy. But she wasn't obsessive either.
