Appearance:
Lucius Malfoy has a pale, pointed face and long blonde hair. He often wears dark long sleeved clothes that cover his dark mark. His eyes are cold and grey and he never smiles. His robes bare a wand in his pocket. Most people Lucius knows say his son Draco resembles him a lot.
Personality:
Lucius Malfoy is a ruthless, aristocratic snob with an extreme dislike for filth. He dislikes Muggles, Muggle-borns, and half-bloods. He is an arrogant and selfish man who cares only for his reputation and his families social standing. However he cares deeply for his wife Narcissa and his son Draco even if he does not often show it in public or in private.
History:
Lucius Malfoy was born to Abraxus Malfoy and his mother Marca Malfoy in the year of 1954. His brother Hyperion was not pleased when he got a younger brother. His parents were pureblood socialites who believed that muggles, muggle-borns, and half-bloods should not know very much about magic and that the ones who did should be wiped of their memory and put away in an asylum of some kind. So Lucius was taught how to act. His mother and father were not caring people. Some may have said Lucius was physically or verbally abused as a child. When Lucius was eleven he received his Hogwarts acceptance letter and went off to learn magic. He was sorted into Slytherin like all of the Malfoy's before him and, during his stay he became a member of Potions Master Horace Slughorn's specially-selected students, the Slugclub. In his fifth year he met first year Severus Snape and became good friends with him and was made a Prefect. As he went on to finish school he married Narcissa Black and had a child named Draco Malfoy who was born in 1980. Lucius had at one point in his life joined the Death Eaters, but abandoned that side after the Dark Lords fall in 1981. Lucius claimed he had been Imperio'ed and than went on to work at the Ministry of Magic. He also became one of the twelve governors of Hogwarts. Somewhere in his history he became the best friend of Robert Vincent and spends several pureblood meetings discussing issues with Robert. At the age of seventeen Lucius was told he would be in an arranged marriage with Narcissa Black and he took it alright. Lucius wasn't to happy when his father died of dragonpox.

Lucius Malfoy was sitting in his fathers study and reading a Dark Arts book when his door was opened and hit the wall with a big bang. He dropped his book and stood up straight. His blonde hair pushed back with the way he got up. His mother was in the doorway and she entered with tear stained eyes. It was a difficult time for his mother. Abraxas Malfoy lay in St. Mungo's hospital dying of dragon pox. Lucius stepped towards his mother and took her hand and squeezed it. What more could he really do. He knew his father was dying or maybe already dead with the way his mother looked right than. It was a difficult time.
